COME and SEE
Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 6:30 PM
Meets 2-4 times per month, fall through Easter.
Wondering...
…if there’s more to life?
…what faith is all about?
...how to get closer to Christ?
We invite you, as Jesus does, to Come and See:
- Come BE with us
- Come GROW with us
- Come PRAY with us
- Come SHARE with us
- Come EXPLORE with us
The Solemnity of Pentecost (Sunday, May 19, 2024) marks the great gift of the Holy Spirit to those God the Father calls to be his own.
Perhaps you know someone who longs to have a closer relationship with our Heavenly Father. Can you plant seeds of hope as you speak of our Father's loving care, his everlasting promises fulfilled by sending his Son, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit?
RCIA/OCIA inquiry sessions are ongoing for those who are interested, who are not baptized, are of other faiths, or are adult Catholics who were not confirmed.
We have been buried with Christ by Baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead so we might walk in newness of life. Romans 6:4
Here, our 2024 RCIA participants prepare for Holy Week!
Congratulations to our 16 brothers and sisters in Christ, who were received into the church at the Easter Vigil and are welcomed into the Catholic faith community! Reborn in Baptism, Confirmed in the Holy Spirit, and nourished by the Eucharist: May they continue to reflect on the Word of the Lord as they unpack the mysteries of our faith, and their faithful journey be ever joyful!

Becoming Catholic
- We believe that human beings were created by God in love and that everything God creates is good and created out of love. While we have the capacity for sin, the Church believes in the dignity of the human person above all else.
- We also believe that goodness infuses all of God’s wondrous creation. All creation, made by God, reflects that goodness. Catholics see the world and its beauty, renewed by the Incarnation, as sacramental – speaking of God’s goodness and love.
- We believe in stewardship. Everything is given to us by God and our Catholic responsibility is to share our time, talent and treasure with those around us.
- We believe in the Holy Trinity, that God has revealed himself to us as Father, Son and Holy Spirit – a communion of knowledge and love – has created us to share in that life.
- We believe in community and a living Church – believers are a part of the living Body of Christ and, as such, we are a reflection of the communal nature of the Trinity.
- We believe that God loved his creation so much that he became human in the person of Jesus to walk among us.
- We believe in the communion of the saints – models of faith who help us and guide us in our daily lives.
- We believe in Jesus’ crucifixion, death and resurrection, and we hope that one day we will rise to new life with him.
